Yes, two weeks!

Well I finally got around to putting the car lashes on mom’s car.  Actually she couldn’t wait and asked me a few times when we could do it.  She told several friends at work as well as various family members, so everyone kept asking her when she was going to do it.  Frankly, I think she kind of enjoyed the attention.  The deal was that she would have to keep the lashes on her car for at least two weeks.

So I installed them this weekend, and let’s just say mom was a little embarrassed after seeing them on her car.  Not that the lashes are a bad product, but rather they’re very flashy and definitely garner attention.  After all, mom noticed them on someone else’s car and took a photo to send to me. She and Aunt Stella went shopping for the day and drove home.  I texted mom to ask whether the lashes stayed on while she drove the highway and her response was “Yes!  Even at 80 mph!  I can’t tell you how many people were laughing and pointing.  So I have to keep them on for two weeks??”

Yes mom, two weeks.  :-)
